At Hermanas Café & Catering, we are committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in the preparation and handling of all food items.

To ensure the quality and safety of our products, we recommend the following guidelines:

Food items should be consumed as soon as possible after pickup or delivery. Perishable items such as desserts, dairy products, and beverages should be kept refrigerated if not consumed immediately.

Hot foods should be kept warm and cold foods should be kept chilled to maintain safe serving temperatures. Hermanas Café & Catering is not responsible for food quality once items have been picked up or delivered and are no longer under our control.

For best quality and safety, we recommend consuming catered food within 2–4 hours of service unless properly stored or refrigerated.

Our kitchen may handle ingredients including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, and seafood. While we take precautions during preparation, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify us before placing their order.

Once food has been picked up or delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for proper food handling, storage, and consumption.

At Hermanas Café & Catering, we are committed to providing delicious food and excellent service for your events. The following policies help ensure a smooth catering experience for both our team and our clients.

To ensure availability and proper preparation, catering orders should be placed at least 5 days in advance of the event date.

Larger events or special menu requests may require additional notice.

Minimum order requirements may apply depending on the type of catering service and event size. Please refer to our catering menu or contact us for more details.

Catering orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received through our website or approved payment method.

We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Changes to catering orders may be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time, subject to ingredient availability.

After this time, we may not be able to accommodate modifications.

Pickup instructions will be provided after order confirmation.

Delivery may be available depending on the event location and order size. Delivery fees may apply.

Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.

For catering services that include on-site stations such as:

• Mocktail Bar

Clients must provide adequate space and access for setup.

Additional setup fees may apply depending on event requirements.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the event location provides safe and appropriate space for food service and setup.

Hermanas Café & Catering reserves the right to refuse service if event conditions are unsafe or if policies are not followed.
